What's Up Dog?

Well Hugh found out today when he joined me at Yoga. His downward facing dog needs a little work but I thought his "Up Dog" was pretty good for a beginner.
Namaste!

Saturday & Sunday - Flyin' High & Welcome Home

Saturday:
FLYIN' HIGH
With a little help from a new friend on the plane Hugh got a birds eye view of Detroit on the the flight back home.

Sunday:
WELCOME HOME
Being gone for a week can only lead to one thing, a mountain of laundry and that is exactly what Hugh found, unfortunately the other half was downstairs.

LOST

Hugh had a very tramatic day today. It all started when we headed out this morning to Lawrenceburg to go to the Davey Crocket National Park. Our first stop was a really cool tractor graveyard on the side of the road where we went "pickin" , Hugh posed on a couple of tractors and, son of a gun, if I didn't leave him there. Didn't realize it for quite a while and we continued on to the next destination. We had to pick him up on the way home and sure 'nuff he was takin' a nap on the tractor seat where we left him.

Hugh took the last train to Lynnville.

Hugh visited some relatives who had been (in)laid to rest at the First National Bank in Pulaski.

Then a quick ride on the train in Lynnville, followed by a short visit to some Llama's.

Finally dancin' a jig at Fried Tomato Buffet while listening to some bluegrass music.

Rainy days and Monday's always get me down, but....

Snowy days in Alabama, make me crazy!
Despite the crazy weather Hugh could not resist the opportunity to straddle the state line between Tennessee and Alabama, here he is posing on each state's welcome sign {look close} which are across the street from each other.

Hugh hits Nashville and both him and Nashville will never be the same.
1. Hugh sings with Elvis on Broadway.

Happy St. Patrick's Day

I'd like to tell you that Hugh and I spent the whole day drinking green beer and Rubbin' the Blarney Stone, but truth is we were home cleaning the house all day.

Haircut

Today I got my haircut and Hugh got stuck with the clean-up, clearly an unfair job considering Hugh doesn't even have any hair.

Birthday Cake - {what the fork}

As I celebrate my 4? birthday, Hugh takes the first bite out of my cake, a delightful Butter Pecan with Vanilla frosting. Later in the evening I caught him trying to dive into my CherryCoke at Max & Erma's.
